About Role

The Social Media Specialist will be a vital member of our marketing team, responsible for managing and creating marketing content across our social media channels.

We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated and has exceptional written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the power of words and how they can be used to build brand awareness and engage with customers on social media platforms. Additionally, candidates should have some knowledge of content marketing and the SaaS space.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and early-stage team, where you will have ample opportunities to learn, grow, and take on creative experiments. If you are passionate about social media, have excellent writing skills, and are eager to make a difference, then we would love to hear from you.

The Writer will be trained on different types and formats of written communication – blogs, articles, whitepapers, website copy, various marketing collateral.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a social media specialist, you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our marketing goals
  • Manage and optimise all social channels to improve visibility.
  • Create and curate content that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other partners to expand our social media reach.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred, but we won't hold it against you if you're a self-taught social media ninja)
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Understanding of social media metrics and analytics
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Figma,, etc.
  • Comfortable with getting featured in videos.
  • A keen interest in social media marketing
